If you need help figuring out exactly when to start sowing your vegetables, herbs, and annuals we recommend visiting AWayToGarden.com and using their online seed planting calculator.
All you need is your location’s predicted last frost date and the calculator will tell you sowing and transplant info for each plant. The Eastern Shore of Virginia’s final frost dates usually range between April 5 – 15.
